Please Note the following details which will allow you to plan accordingly:
FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS:
From 4:00pm on Friday, March 14th until 3:00pm on Sunday, March 16th, the Online Banking System will be unavailable.
Token Users: the first time you sign in after the system update, all tokens will need to go through the enablement process once again. Watch your email for details.
FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSUMERS:
From 4:00pm on Friday, March 14th until 3:00pm on Sunday, March 16th, the Online Banking System and Mobile Banking System will be in “inquiry mode” only. Therefore, you will be unable to make transfers, bill payments or loan payments through online banking during this time.
